Question 1

What exactly does Depth Studio do?

Accepted Answer

Depth Studio gathers the production process of films, series, commercials and other visual projects into a single workspace. Your script or brief is analysed, scenes and shots are created, characters and locations are defined, and the storyboard and starting frames are prepared. The project is then handed to your team to develop.

Question 2

How do I create a new project?

Accepted Answer

Start by adding your script, brief or project idea. Depth Studio analyses the content, builds the project structure and prepares the characters, locations, scenes and shots needed for production. You can review the first version, edit it and assign it to your team.

Question 3

Does the system prepare the project automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depth Studio analyses the script and can extract characters, locations, key objects, scenes and shots automatically. It then builds the storyboard structure and the starting frames for each shot. These outputs are a strong production starting point your team can develop, not the final result.

Question 4

Can I turn images into video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shot frames you generate or upload can be animated using the video models available on the platform. The resulting videos are stored under the relevant shot and can be developed further by the team.

Question 5

How do characters and locations stay consistent across shots?

Accepted Answer

A separate reference record is created in the project for every character and location. Approved faces, wardrobe, visual traits and location references are reused in later shots, so the team works from the same production sources.

Question 6

Does Depth Studio make the whole film on its own?

Accepted Answer

Depth Studio is not here to replace your creative team — it sets up the first structure of the production quickly and keeps the team organised. The system can prepare the first characters, locations, storyboards and shot frames. Raising the quality, the creative choices and the final decisions stay with your team.

Question 7

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Platform use is charged according to the plan you choose. Image and video generations additionally spend credits. The model, resolution and video length affect how many credits are required. The estimated credit cost is shown before you generate.

Question 8

How can I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create an account at depthstudio.ai with your email address or your Google account. Product information, plans, AI models, the privacy policy and the terms of use are public and can be read without an account.
